The database is in the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest. For voice transcription and quote building the text goes to OpenAI and Anthropic in the USA — personal details are minimised first and GPS location is stripped from photos. The full list of processors is in the privacy policy.
You manage the subscription yourself in settings through the Stripe customer portal — change the plan or cancel whenever, no phone call, no notice letter. You choose between monthly and annual (annual works out two months cheaper).
The interface and the finished quotes come in 9 languages: Slovenčina, Čeština, English, Deutsch, Polski, Magyar, Românește, Українська, Български. Switch the language in settings and the next quote is written in it. If you need another one, write to us — it can be added.
